We pride ourselves on very meticulous testing and a high level of quality assurance for all probes and transducers. Refurbished probes are tested with an airscan, First Call, phantom tests, and visual inspections are performed by our in-house sonographers. The First Call helps assist with measuring the acoustic and electrical properties of each probe. The types of probes we carry include standard 2D, 3D/4D, TEE, Pedoff, and other specialty probes.
We also offer comprehensive probe repair capabilities and provide free probe repair evaluations. Loaners probes are available on a case-by-case basis to eliminate the downtime during the repair.
